1. Define your Target Audience precisely
How nice it is when in the morning we stop for breakfast and the barman says "hello dear, it's the usual" ...
He remembers you, your habits… you feel at the center, we could say important.
This is what we have to do with our Customers. In marketing jargon it is called customer experience .
